Real Estate Love - Bardon

I love this house that is for sale in the Brisbane suburb of Bardon at the moment. It is so beautiful I have already planned the decoration, now I just need to win the lotto oh and move to another state.
Beautiful facade, I must admit I am not a fan of having the swimming pool in the front garden, the thought of being visible in my swimmers is not appealing however for this home I am sure I could grow a big privacy hedge.
The entrance is beautiful, so large and roomy. I of course would paint all the wood skirting boards and architraves and with an entry of this size I would love to have some wallpaper and a beautiful black door like the one below.
Kitchen - it is pretty good actually, needs some new chandeliers / lights and I would love to get my hands on that informal dining area at the end of the kitchen.

Something like this, but with a different light fitting..
Or this ..
Then the dining room, again a nice new light fitting but a fairly blank canvas.
To create something like this? Curtains, colour and chandeliers?
Or this perfection would be ideal.
Next on to the living room. To this... ahhh, love that colour on the walls.
This little girls room would need to be turned into a little boys den.
Maybe like this:
Or this

Then I would be happy never to decorate again... well maybe just a little.

A Beautiful House

Well its no surprise that I have a love of Queensland houses and Terrace houses but as of late I seem to be finding quite a few Qlder's I am falling for. This one is currently for sale and if I was in the market or the price category I would jump. It is a renovated house but with all the modern conveniences. For some reason I would never want a new Qlder or terrace it feels a little like having a fake bag a big no no. A new California bungalow well that is a different story perhaps because I don't know the history of the house.

Very cute on the outside, I love the grey.

This is the ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and from the plans the dressing room looks equally large, how indulgent. This room seems to be created from what was traditionally the enclosed veranda, very clever and something I haven't seen done much before but I love it.

Beautiful room for the Qlds lifestyle.
